Plas y Mor is a Nursing Home - situated in a prime seafront location in Rhyl, close to lots of facilities such as High Street, shops, post office, library and sports facilities. We also have an annex which provides shorter term and more intensive mental health recovery and re-ablement placements.

The Oaks is a Residential Care Home - in Shotton, is full of interesting spaces including dementia touches such as a front door decorations, small sensory areas, and an enclosed courtyard garden. All bedrooms have en-suite wet rooms.

Nursing Care and Residential Care home (as per the relevant setting) provision is compliant with legislation and regulations, namely the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016.
